Gatlinburg Summit
Deposit and Cancellation policy
- Credit card
paying customers: A $100 deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance will be charged to your credit card 14
days before your scheduled arrival date. You will receive an
"Instruction and Directions" email within 5 days of our
receiving of your balance.
- If you are
paying by check: The same rule above applies, except your
check for the balance must clear before our "Instructions
and Directions" email/mailing is sent. Checks must be made
payable to: CND Rentals. Checks made payable to any other
name will not be accepted.
Any reservations made within 14 days of arrival must pay
100%. You will receive your "Instructions and Directions"
promptly.
- Check paying
customers will have to secure your stay with a valid credit
card if reservations are made within 14 days of your
scheduled arrival date. You will receive your "Instructions
and Directions" promptly.

Cancellations made before 14 days of scheduled arrival will
receive a 90% refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days will receive a credit
towards another stay at our Summit condo.
Rental Rules
- Check-in
time is 3:00 PM (or after) on your scheduled check-in date.
Early check-ins can be arranged by notifying us in advance
but only with approval from us. Early check ins will not be
allowed on days when other guests are due to check out. A.
Check out time is 11:00 AM at the latest on your scheduled
check-out date.
- IMPORTANT!
Pen-Mar Management Company operates the onsite rentals for
the Gatlinburg Summit. They require all guests who rent
units through outside rental agencies or owners to place a
$20 deposit to unrestrict the phone in their unit. This rule
also applies to our units. This is a requirement to place
any calls outside the property of the Summit. If you decide
you need to make outside calls, you must place your $20
deposit with the front desk. You will be charged a fee per
call set by Pen-Mar and refunded the balance at the time you
leave for home. Contact the Summit at 800-967-4567 for fee
info.
- Our condo is
furnished with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags,
dishwasher powder and dishwashing liquid.
- A
washer/dryer is located in the main building. We do not
furnish laundry detergent.
- Our condo is
cleaned and inventoried before and after each stay and you
will be held responsible for any breakage, excessive
cleaning (Ex. stains or burns in carpet, soiled bedspreads,
etc.) or damage of any kind to your rental.
- No smoking
inside the condo please! Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
- Please
follow the rules posted in the pool area for your safety.
The pool in not in our control, swim at your own risk.
- We love pets
too, but they're not allowed in our condo or any condo at
the Summit.
- Make sure
only the number of people paid for are actually staying in
your condo. The maximum is seven.
- As you leave
for home, we ask that you load and run the dishwasher, set
the thermostat to 80 degrees-summer/60 degrees-winter, put
all wet linens in the bathtub, and make sure all other
appliances are off. There is a garbage bin on the premises
for disposing of your garbage.
